Delivery Fees

We provide island-wide delivery at the following rates per delivery location:

 

A list of areas affected by CBD surcharge are as follows: Anson road, Beach road, Bencoolen road, Boat Quay, Bugis Street, Cairnhill Circle, Cecil Road, Chinatown, City Hall, High Street, Marina Bay, Middle Road, North Bridge road, Orchard road, People’s Park, Raffles Place, Rochor road, Shenton Way, Suntec City, Tanjong Pagar, Victoria street.

 

Timings:  Delivery will be made anytime between 12PM - 6PM.

Coconut Puddings are on pre-order basis. At least 1 day advance order is required.  Do note that the cut-off time is at 1 PM daily.

Orders made before 1 PM will be  delivered on the next day. Orders after 1 PM will be delivered 2 days later. Please Whatsapp us if you require for the delivery at a specific date.

 

Delivery to multiple locations

For delivery to multiple locations, the delivery fee will be calculated based on the order value per location. All the delivery fees above are co-shared by us and goes entirely to our outsourced logistics provider. 

 

Failed delivery due to incorrect address

We appreciate your understanding that no refund will be provided if delivery details are inaccurate and the delivery personnel has arrived at the address provided at the delivery time slot chosen.

 

Re-delivery

Re-delivery will be chargeable, as follows:

• Preparation of the new food items, if required
• Additional delivery fees for 2nd trip (on a cost-to-cost basis)
