Refund Policy

At COCOWAVE, we take pride in the quality of our coconut puddings and strive to ensure each batch meets our high standards. However, due to the nature of our products, all goods sold are non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding that no refund will be provided if delivery details are inaccurate and the delivery personnel has arrived at the address provided at the delivery time slot chosen. Kindly key in the correct shipping address, unit number and mobile number during checkout.

Cancellation Policy

The minimum lead time for cancellations is 48 hours from the start of the delivery window. Please WhatsApp us at 9125 5817 to cancel your order. 

We will provide a full refund in spending credits if orders are cancelled at least 24 hours before the delivery timeslot. Kindly note that if you would like us to refund you via credit card/cash, the refund amount will be subject to 5% credit card fee (charged by the platform provider).
