1. How long can I keep the coconut pudding for?
All of our coconut puddings suggest to be eaten on the same day received/purchased. The shelf-life of each product is different, please refer to the product page for details. Our coconut puddings are freshly made daily and do not contain preservatives.
2. Do you accept walk-in purchase?
Walk-in purchase is NOT available.
We are only accepting pre-orders online.
3. Do you offer self-collection?
We do not offer any self-collection option at the moment.
4. What are your delivery charges?
We only deliver within Singapore.
Standard delivery rate: $12 per location.
CBD & Shopping Mall Surcharge - $3
Sentosa Entry Fee- $10
Delivery will be made anytime between 12PM-6PM.
**Please note that we do not deliver to hospitals, special zones, and restricted areas.

- Tuas,
- Jurong Island
- Jurong Port
- Airline Road
- Airport Cargo Road
- Airport Zone
- Camps
- Construction Sites
- PSA Ports
- SATS
- Shipyards
5. How far in advance should I place my order?
Coconut puddings are on pre-order basis. At least 24 hours advance order is required. Do note that the cut-off time is at 1 PM daily.
Orders made before 1 PM will be delivered on the next day. Orders after 1 PM will be delivered 2 days later. Please Whatsapp us if you require for the delivery at a specific date.
We recommend placing your order early, as we will close our orders once slots are full.
6. My order is meant to be a gift. What should I do?
Billing Address = Sender's details (Your own details)
Shipping Address = Recipient's details.
We do not provide & will not include any printed receipts for ALL orders. The sender will only receive an e-receipt via the email provided during checkout.
Please ensure your own details, especially name & contact number, are provided in the Billing section in case the driver needs to contact you. We take a lot of care in not spoiling any surprises or gifting experiences. We would prefer to call the sender first in the event that the address is wrong, or if something unexpected crops up during delivery.
In the event that we are unable to contact the sender (e.g. wrong address or the recipient is not home), the item(s) will be sent back to the shop.
Redelivery will incur a fee of $15-$20, & is subject to our schedule & product availability.
Kindly note that there will be strictly NO refunds for any of our products in the case of a missed delivery.
7. Can I make amendment/cancel my order after payment?
As our coconut puddings are made-to-order, strictly no refunds or cancellations after payment is made. Slight amendments like change of delivery date, time-slot or address will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you made a mistake in your order, do reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Approved order cancellations will incur a processing fee of 4.4% of the total order amount, which is charged by Stripe when a refund is initiated.
8. What if I missed my delivery?
Please ensure that you're contactable & available to receive the order on the delivery date or time slot stated. Failure to do so would result in the order being sent back to the shop.
